This little room was ready for some remodel. While forming the new foundation, we increased the floor plan gaining additional square footage and removing all the obvious damage.

In this shot you can see all the recycled materials. The front door was salvaged from the original structure, the light, the bell, the stained glass, the siding and structural members, and all the trim were salvaged. The client had been storing the shingles for over 15 years! If you look closely at the horizontal window, you will notice that it was actually once a door!
